Weird error about 'No suitable graphics card found.' and 'Unable to create the graphics device.'

I've never seen this before, I have recently got a new PC with a 4060ti 16GB and all the drivers are up to date, terraria is the only game that acts like this. I have reinstalled terraria multiple times to no avail.

Has anyone else had this issue and know a fix?
 
Yeah that did work and I am now playing thank you.

Although, I'm not sure if they're related, but all my worlds and characters are now gone. Thankfully I'm not too bothered by this but worth mentioning.
 
Did you delete the entire contents of "My Games" by chance? You can probably restore the worlds and players from your recycling bin.
