PC What is the best way to find a Granite Biome?

Make sure your sounds are up high enough to hear the granite golem.
Keep burning Spelunker potions. The chests are pretty good ways to find them. And because the biome has lots of flat places, the pots can be a giveaway.
Being low enough in the caverns can help, with the lava lighting everything up. I don't recall them going clear to the bottom of the cavern layer, but I've often seen them near the top of the lava.
Dangersense can also help, because there's often a lot of webs in there.

You probably can use the suspicious looking tentacle instead of spelunker potions.

The eye has a pretty short range, to the point where if it can see something in a granite biome, the player will almost certainly already have spotted it themselves. The thread's also two years old so I imagine the creator already found a granite cave or gave up by now.
