What is your favorite world size?

For me it is the medium because not too hard to generate for my PC and not too small so it stays an adventure.

I tend to like large because I feel like travelling in Terraria is more realistic and fun the larger the world gets. Also, I don't really mind waiting for the world to generate on my switch, as it only takes a few minutes.

the major part of my saves was in small worlds, because i was pretty lazy about preparing the world for hardmode to the evil biome not spread completely and because i really got mad having 2-3 corrupted biomes in the same world. my actual multiplayer world in medium size started with 3 corruption biomes

I like Medium sized worlds the most. They give the right balance of still giving plenty of space to feel big enough, with a lot of ores to mine, and treasures to discover, while not being too overwhelming with travel distance.

On large group multiplayer playthroughs, I do prefer the large size on those. But otherwise when I'm playing on my own, Medium it is.

medium worlds are the best but i still think that having 2 or more corrupted biomes because it takes a lot of work beyond necessary.

Large, I don’t like fishing for loot. The size is more manageable than you think with pylons. Also you can ignore corruption spread for a decent amount of time.
