I have beaten plantera, and beaten golem a bunch of times...but I cannot find the cultists....
Where are the cultists?

Sorry about that... I meant to say I was having problems on the ps4 platform.
I have also leveled out the top of my dungeon like others suggested... And still Nada...

1.3 hasn't come to Console yet, meaning the cultists can not spawn.

Guys guys... 1.2.4 hasn't even come out yet on console. At this rate 1.3 will come in 2018.

Well some of 1.2.4 is coming Christmas but the rest is coming in early 2016. It took about 1-2 years for the to make half of 1.2.4 so it will take longer. Patience is key. I want the update too.
