Where can I request mods?

Is there a set forum for requesting mods or is this the correct one? Asking for the sake of not posting on the wrong one.

Thanks for the reply! Do you have any idea how easy it'd be to make fallen-star shot from the star cannon go through just platforms? It tends to stop like a normal fallen star which makes fighting with it in an arena kind of tricky.

A mod that will hold items dropped upon death would be nice.
I dont play hard-mode / expert-modes , because I dont like how actual items drop for npc's to grab as well as actually dropping expensive items.
so im wondering if a death chest mod could be made.

Why not just play softcore?
