Why I didn't got any soul of nigh after 30mins grind in the crimson underground?

I had the same problem but this is what my friend said:
You need to go into a new Crimson/Corruption area that has been taken over from the spread, and farm deeper than what the music or depth meter says is Underground.

And it worked for me!

You need to be in the cavern layer for souls to appear. The underground layer is too shallow.

I went to the deapest cave I found in the crimson

Well, are you in the Crismon and have your spawn rate up? (If your in Journey mode)

It is even possible to get Souls of Night/Light in the Underworld if you have a corruption/hallow close enough to it.

As others have said, I would double check your spawn rate if you are playing in Journey Mode.
