Will the console get updates after it has reached PCs current update.

The plan is for the Console & Mobile versions to continue to get updates until they are the same as the PC version. After 1.3 releases for Xbox One, the Switch and Mobile platforms, at that point, they will develop 1.3.1 to update on these platforms, continuing to the current PC version. And this should take far less time than the jump from Console 1.2 to 1.3 since the codebase has already been reset.
After it reaches the PC version, aside from bugfixes, from there on the Console version will have to wait until the PC versions get new updates.
