Working as Designed World creation disabled by a possible bug

The "New" option from the world creation interface in less more transparent than usual, meaning the option is unavailable, the device has enough space for more data but the game seems to have a limited amount of worlds available. The number of worlds on said device are 100, of various sizes. I am not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature.

Thanks for the report! Because we limit players to 100 worlds for storage reasons, this behaviour is by design.

Well, I like to explore seeds and overdoing this and playing for years led to 100 worlds.
