World gen glitch with sapphire gemspark block

I found a world gen glitch where a sapphire gemspark block spawned under a water chest in the ocean rivine on the right side. This is the seed, classic, medium world size and crimson. 2.1.2.1933441943. Maybe a transmutation glitch in world gen? i regenerated the world on the same seed and the outcome was the same.

Can confirm it does also happen on Linux OS.

It's always located inside those ocean caves.
It does happen during the "Create Ocean Caves" and "Smooth World" world gen step.

Looks like this is pretty rare. It happend in about 1:7000 worlds generated.
