Would it be ok if me and my friends made a mod that makes all fights and stylysh rank from DMC 5 into terraria?

question is in the title and as for reasons:
1. both are great games i love
2. DMC 5 fights would look amazing in terraria and stylish rank would be a bit motivating to use different weapons instead of using a single great one

i think that basically any mod is okay as long as it doesn't break any rules or guidelines
there should be a rule list somewhere on the forums but idk

i was just afraid if it would fall under any legal trouble since i would be porting all of DmC5 into terraria

as long as you credit the people that made DMC and don’t try to claim it as your own personal IP you should be good
