Weapons & Equip Hero Blade [Ported over from TO]

I like this suggestion. The only things that could be improved are the tooltip (It says legendary twice) and the recipe. I think that there should be an alternate recipe that uses the ankh shield instead of the ankh charm so that people who already made the shield don't have to grind for another charm.
