What do spiritbloom seeds do? I can't plant them like any other seed yet the only interaction I'm given is that they're placeable.

You can plant them on those pots the Dryad sells.
They are used to getting a plant called the Spiritbloom, which is used to make buff potions for specific damage types, and more.

EDIT: How do I get the Prismatic Lens and Crystal Distorter? Those are the only ones I need for the beacon of the assassin.

If i remember correctly you drop bloodfire only from flesh golems, deadeye marksmen and flesh hound and are post eater of worlds/brain.
