As was previously mentioned, a letter would still be on the ground. However, as it hasn't been touched yet, I'll go into more detail so I actually have something to put here.
On the second floor, next to an old, decrepit writing desk would be a pile of old papers and envelopes, as well as a broken ink well, which despite visibly having ink in it, hasn't actually stained many of the papers. Among the pile would also be a small stick of wax, and a sealed envelope, which appears to be addressed to a location called Thrala's Watch. The seal on the envelope also bears a symbol of a dragon and a wyvern, both encircling a shape which combines the sun and the moon, with the dragon being on the left with the sun, and the wyvern being on the right with the moon.

(The stones were moved earlier, but I can't remember if the twins or Void and Krome changed floors.)
