Sprites The Whimsy (Alternate Hallow)

I liked the Confection Better, and I don't like that its dungeon chest is so dissimilar form the others, but still this is an amazing suggestion, plus an Alice in Wonderland-based biome would have its own perks. You have my support.
 
I like the concept, sprites could use a bit of shading, but i dont like the Chaos Tail...

This FORCES you to teleport, and chaos state makes getting hit dangerous...

Make it controlled like the rod of discord, and its... wow.
I love it. Its just... wow.
 
I really like the Whimsy chest along with the rest of the furniture, and the weapons and mobs are adorable. Full support!

Very little of the content is a "recolor".

Read the weapon effects. Read the beastiary. Compare the item stats. There's a lot of new -- The Whimsy doesn't constitute as a recolor at all. Especially because of the new sprites.

So... I read the weapon notes and:
25% chance to confuse and venom.
Homing arrows (holy arrows are still better)
Bleeding on enemies? Bleeding stops health regen, and enemies don't have it.
Bouncy bullets. Well, we've got meteor shot, but these explode.
Side Splitter laughs? And hyenas do too? (hyenas laugh? I didn't know)
All the slow debuff on enemies.
The little birds that lay eggs... They could be easily abused...
With all the confused debuff from weapons, the harp might be a bit useless, because enemies would run from you.

Hurr durr, obviously holy arrows are better. 2 stars falling from the sky deal a ton of damage to bosses like Destroyer.
Recolour, as the name implies, is a sprite with changed colours, so a recolour works just like the normal one.

Well, this is a good suggestion, keep up the good suggesting!
