What is the best way to maximize ice mimic spawns

Use the Journey mode slider to 10x spawns. Other than that, flatten out an area of land and use Water Candles from the Dungeon and Battle potions. If you want to farm, build a pyramid with lava on the top. You should be just beneath the pool of lava, collecting loot safely.
