I did not see one when I looked in the Non-Terraria Discussion Groups. However, I believe you can create one if you want. That's a great idea for a new SG.

As far as I am aware there is no specific group for LGBT related topics, however there are several threads in the Adult Swim group that relate to LGBT topics and issues.

i dunno abt the otherkin thing... i don't wanna open us up to trolls or mockery, so... i dunno. i'm not sure if i wanna do a public group for it.
