Sorry, but there are only 2 genders, regardless of what that shirt says. Correction: There are a few minorities that want to identify themselves as some combination of the two genders, or be able to pick which of the two genders they currently think they are at the time.

But there is still only 2 genders, and has only ever been two. Everybody is a combination of the two: most are 100%/0% and some think of themselves as 50/50, 30/70 etc.

Personally, I believe that sex can only change with some kind of brain transplant stuff. Turning a 
inside out is... just plain weird. We'll see where technology goes, though. (Gender's something else. I'd rather it was a non-offensive opinion to say that sex = gender but that'd get some people's goats. Lol.)
