The arkhalis has nothing to do with the world, it has something to do with drop chance.

That’s mobile. It wasn’t patched on mobile yet. Also you can’t get an arkhalis seed for 1.4 because the arkhalis was moved to hardmode and had its original position replaced by a mew weapon.
