This one is personal but still: I used to have a Windows 7 pc that ran Minecraft just fine, but my current Windows 10 laptop just dies if I try to play Minecraft. HOW?

@Esther Windows 10 is just Windows 10. Never question why something doesn't work on it because that is just how volatile the OS is. Chances are an update will suddenly make Minecraft work again but then some other game will stop working in its place.

My laptop is better than that Windows 7 boi I had in every way. I have no idea how that one didn't die without optifine while my laptop just dies instantly
