I think you could beat Frisk too, with all of the specifications I've made.

Yeah... they'd be a close call, assuming they're on basically hardcore mode.
If not, I'd not be able to put a dent multiple times in a row and end up being SPARED in Pacifist route, as in I'd lose motivation and unwittingly become their ally, or die in Genocide/Neutral.

The 1 HP thing is only potentially a problem if speed is equalized, because otherwise Sans, being able to move faster than sound, can easily dodge your attacks. He can easily dodge melee attacks, at least, if speed isn't equalized, because Frisk...

...who can also move faster than sound (dodging lightning magic and the like, look it up if you're doubtful), is still unable to hit Sans for 30-ish turns, which is when he gets tired. Now, his 1 damage is actually 1 damage per FRAME, which, according to scientists who study the eye, the eye can perceive up to 30-60 FPS. That means Sans does 30-60 damage PER SECOND to a normal person.

AND, the normal human SOUL in Undertale only has about 20 HP unless you're a serial killer, so he'd kill you in LITERALLY the blink of an eye.
