OOA, if I had to pick one. It's optional and doesn't randomly interrupt my building sessions (Looking at you, Goblins interrupting that one fishing session in Master Mode Multiplayer... we could barely catch a break before another appeared.)
Pillars are a close second for the same reason. Would have loved to see the pillars be more interesting gameplay-wise than "kill stuff".

Slime Rain because slimes are cool and it's not very annoying or difficult. Also has a good theme and lets you fight King Slime without making the ridiculously expensive slime crown.
