If somebody want to be banned and asks you. What you will do?

Realize whoever has to ask for a ban to stop playing a game isn't someone you want around, but you don't want to give them the easy way out either, so you don't ban them. Then they show their true colors, griefing and spamming and annoying the rest of the players, hence earning their 'right' to be banned.
