Please I'm Just an Old Man - Kill the Clothier 100 times
Why Me!!! - Drop 100 Guide Voodoo dolls in hell
Goblin Destroyer - Complete 50 Goblin Invasions
Goblin Conqueror - Complete 250 Goblin Invasions
Arr There be a New Captain in Town! - Kill 100 Pirate Captains in the Pirate Invasion

Well That's all I can think of for now :p

"Destroyer Destroyed" Defeat The Destroyer

"Physics won't apply here" Grapple to the ground after falling (some distance)

"Money to spend" Spend more than <gold> gold coins

"Funny guy huh?" Trap the guide

"You're useless" Throw a weapon at an NPC while under attack from a boss

"Master Brewer" Craft <potions> Potions

"You're down ol' chap" Kill a boss while wearing a Top Hat

"Global Killing" Kill Plantera

"Bomber" Throw <explosives> Explosives

"The wall between two worlds" Defeat the Wall of Flesh

I've taken a while to mull over this, and I came up with something. There should be a special achievement for people who actually go to the effort of collecting all of the boss trophies. Maybe you could craft them all together and make an emblem or something? Idk :confused:
 
It's kind of funny how people are still suggesting achievements for when you kill a boss, even though every other person has done the same thing.
 
"Suspicious behavior" - get an item that shouldn't be possible to get without cheating. in other words, cheat!

"Merchant's friend" - Buy one of everything from the Merchant
"Deep Pockets" - Buy one of everything from everyone
"Big spender" - Spend a total of 1000 platinum
"Construction" - Build a building of (X) x (Y) dimensions (something really big) or consisting of at least (n) blocks
"Road Work" - Build an Asphalt road of at least 1000 blocks

- Build around an enemy, preventing them from moving.
"Honey, I Dunked the Kids!"
- Kill a Mother Slime in a pool of Honey, and have all spawned Baby Slimes swim in the honey.

- The Collector: Bought at least one item from every NPC.
- Mole: Spent one hour underground.
- The True Miner: Collected at least one piece of every ore.
- Journeyman: Visited all the biomes.
- The True Fighter: Fought all the enemies at least once.
- Bright Mind: Used all the light sources in the game at least once (torches, glowsticks etc.)

I think you should add achievements off the ps and xbox games they're pretty desent.
