There is one thing I love doing in Starbound that can't be reproduced in Terraria.
Well, I suppose you can achieve a lively town in Terraria by cramming every NPC in one place, at the cost of a ghost town everywhere else.

I'm going to build an underground base here. There will be storages, crafting stations, crops farm, etc.
But I still haven't made up my mind about what kind of room will be right next to the entrance here... Any idea?
Ok, I found the problem with why Floran Sniper tenants don't spawn; It's these two weapon racks.
These racks have both the 'floranhuntinggrounds' and 'combat' tags.
And for some reason the 'combat' tag has a higher priority thus always cause a generic guard tenant to spawn.
So that's how an art gallery look like.
Big empty room/hallway.
I guess museum is similar.
