Hi, my master mode world and the character I was using created 8 days ago (05/16/2020), got corrupted because my computer suddenly crashed while I was playing.
For now, both my world and my character files have been corrupted, with my character having no .bak file in the Players folder. My world, however, does have one.
I attempted to retrieve the world by deleting the corrupted .wld file and replacing it with a copied version of the .bak file, to no avail. I did a backup of the corrupted files before doing so.
I play on PC, here is my configuration:
Windows 10 x64
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30GHz
Integrated Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
**not used by the game at this moment or at all because I didn't deem it necessary to run it.**
8,00 GB RAM
DirectX 12
The .plr, .wld and .wld.bak files of the aforementioned character and world are attached to this post. These are the files I said I backed up before attempting to modify them in any way.
