Isn't whip-stacking dead since the update that gutted the Obsidian armour?

This could save a whip-stacker from carpal tunnel, but I see redundancy in a limited number of accessory slots

It could be a post-golem accessory found in the pumpkin moon event, available from wave 15 onwards dropped by the Pumpking as a drop with a 10% chance of dropping. I would swap the first 2 whips equipped (Giving preference to higher damage per mark) at most. It would work in such a way that...

I don't like the idea of making whip stacking easier. It's too powerful for that.
