Mobile Can't Install bought copy

I bought terraria in 2021 but now I can't download it with message on the screenshot. I guess it's because I'm from Russia and because of the sanctions. What do I have to do? I can't play the game. (I've already tried the common ways to fix the problem which google suggested but it did nothing)

Mobile - Android 11 install fix

Ahhh it's been so long still terraria team hadn't fix android 11 incompatibility issue if you're facing problems this post may help out (Edit: today is 1.4.4 update and i had been in dark and wrote this maybe 1.4.4 will fix this issue and my work will go to waste but in case it doesn't i hope it...
