Can't really post anywhere?

Hey, I used to have an account on this site (http://www.terrariaonline.com/members/leinhart.62794/) but it seems that it's been deleted since this huge overhaul of the site. I decided to make this account as a replacement and it seems I'm restricted from posting anywhere. I looked up this issue and some people had to verify their email however I've gotten no email asking me to verify my account and I cannot find a button to send such an email. Any help would be great, I was hoping to look for a server to join but all the posts say I don't have permission to reply.

TerrariaOnline has been closed; all accounts there are gone. This is a separate forum that needs a separate account.

Your 'Swoosh' account is valid, there should be no need to verify it. There are some areas where we don't permit posts/threads, but anywhere that you see other people posting, you should be able to do the same.

Some of the servers are set up within the Social Group part of the forum; typically, you have to be a member of the group to post. For most of them, all you have to do is go to the main page of the group and click the Join button at the top right.
