Working as Designed Cerebral Mindtrick can't be canceled

A minor bug, although a Buff, the Cerebral Mindtrick buff (by Brain of Confusion) can't be canceled by right clcick.
(I know maybe no one would cancel it, but it is strange that a non-environment buff can't be canceled)

Perhaps because that buff is also part of a debuff?
Cerebral Mindtrick drops your chance to dodge your next attack with Brain of Confusion from 1/6 to 0, and debuffs can't be canceled.
