Other Change 0x33 Aviators' name color to rainbow

Since they're still an expert mode item, it seems weird how they only have Cyan rarity. The rarity should be changed to Rainbow just like every other expert mode-only item.

This would be such an easy change to make (literally just changing the rarity value in the item's code from 9 to -12), and it would make a whole lot of sense too.
