Character got reset

My terraria character got completely reset, and it says "unknown error" over it in the character selection screen. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

Unfortunately the files you've provided all had their data wiped. This is usually the result of the saving process being interrupted. I'm afraid there's no way to recover anything from these files.
