Mobile Cloud backups not showing

As I switch phones, it is not showing me the previously saved things. I looked in my google docs and they are all there, but only some of them are working. Is there a fix to this?

Hi @TheGingerHeadMan, make sure that you are logged in to the same cloud id. And give the new phone plenty of time to populate the cloud save screen. Some players have said that going back to the main menu and then bringing up the cloud save screen again can help it find the saves. Do this slowly, give each screen time to fully load before moving on to the next screen.
