Clouds turn to rain clouds after in contact with water

I think it would be cool if clouds turned to rain clouds when they touched water. Probably not when in contact with rain as that would be somewhat annoying. The only problem I would see is water messing up your structures with clouds on them, so maybe they revert back after not being in contact with water and then a timer?

Idk it's a neat idea but it could cause sky lakes to look strange with a layer of rain cloud between the water and normal clouds.

Maybe it could spread down about 5-10 blocks? Although that might be kind of obnoxious if one water tile spreads to 10 cloud blocks.
