TCF Suggestion Could there be a default cutoff for displaying threads in the Trading Post subforum?

A lot of times in the Want to Buy/Want to Sell subforums, people will dig up threads that haven't been posted in for over half a year and reply to them.

While their enthusiasm is great, it's a little frustrating wanting to actually take part in what little trading actually happens (most people just use inventory editors...) and seeing a thread show up on the sidebar for it to be over a year old and the OP is gone.

A default cutoff of 7 days before hiding inactive threads should be more than enough for how quickly the Want to Buy/Sell subforums operate; if a user really wishes to see more threads they could set to show more than just threads updated in the past 7 days.

Shops could probably go for 30 days-2 months or so before being hidden; somebody running an active shop may well be active on the forums and have it in their signature for advertisement as well, so even if it falls off the default indexing it'll still be there in signatures.

This isn't a problem for basically any other subforum; a discussion thread can easily be revived if new information (or simply a new opinion on a subjective topic) comes forward, but trading threads have a finite lifespan by default due to users either leaving the forums, or buying/selling the items they were wishing to exchange.

(It'd also be nice if there could be a warning confirmation saying something like "this thread hasn't been active for over [timeframe], would you like to reply anyway?" but that's just being greedy...)
