**REPORTED** Crate contents seem to be incorrect only in (journey?) multiplayer

My friend was reporting that he was unable to get certain items from opening crates in his journey world. This included the fish from boreal crates and the seaweed from jungle and bramble crates, which are rare, but he also was not getting any bamboo from the jungle crates after opening thousands of them. I joined his world to see if I could get any, since I had gotten them no problem myself, and sure enough between crates he gave me and ones I duplicated myself, I opened about 500 bramble crates and not a single bamboo or seaweed drop. After this, we closed the server, he opened the same world in single player and I went to my own, and we both got the seaweed and bamboo very quickly. Because of this, I believe this bug is linked to playing in multiplayer.
 
I had the same problem getting the Fish item from Boreal Crates, using the same setup as OP. Opened probably 500 duplicated Boreal Crates and no fish.
