Blocks & Decoration Cursed Ancient Dungeon Walls

I really like using the Ancient Dungeon Bricks and their respective Walls for nostalgic builds, and planned on making parts of my Dungeon made of them, but was surprised they didn't have cursed variants like the normal ones do. They'd be obtained by throwing the ancient walls into the Shimmer, and would spawn the same enemies as the Dungeon Brick walls do (So Paladins and Necromancers). This is a small gameplay change, but would be extremely great aesthetic wise for recreating 1.1 themed dungeons with spawning enemies in them.
 
My only question is, how will the spawning mechanics work? In the Hardmode Dungeon, different mobs spawn based on the type of dungeon wall behind them. I guess you could combine the spawns, but that will make the area really chaotic and totally not like what the 1.1 Dungeon was like.

I mentioned that in the post just going with the dungeon brick walls which spawn paladins. This is definitely a valid concern, but I picked brick since it’s the most common and old dungeons that used it had it too, pre-Slab and pre-Tile
