We do not have any official/dedicated Discord Server for these Forums if that's what you mean. The Terraria Reddit Discord exists and is run by the Terraria Reddit staff, and some of the Terraria Developers are active there. But it does not officially represent the Forums here. I believe it has channels where you can share your creations there as well.
You can create a Thread in this Section to post your creations: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?forums/terraria-drawings-paintings-and-pixel-art.93/ and if you have drawings saved on an external website like Discord or imgur, you can use that to supplement your Thread, but the creations still must be posted in the Thread itself if you make one.
