Does Re-Logic allow unused/unobtainable/removed Items to appear in mods?

• Do not give access to restricted or unobtainable content. This includes, but is not limited to, disabling, modifying, or bypassing the restrictions of the Terraria Collector's Edition or providing access to developer exclusive items or any other unobtainable items.

In short, no. Please see the guidelines posted at the top level of the Player-Created Game Enhancements forum, particularly:

Do not give access to restricted or unobtainable content. This includes, but is not limited to, disabling, modifying, or bypassing the restrictions of the Terraria Collector's Edition or providing access to developer exclusive items or any other unobtainable items.

My understanding is that "unobtainable content" also applies to the removed items as well
