I placed actuated echo blocks over sand on the ocean to prevent seashells, starfish and that sand grass from growing.
However, a few moments later there was a seashell where there shouldn't be one. The echo block vanished and in its place appeared a seashell.
The seashell appeared to be actuated, so I placed an actuator on it, wired it up and un-actuated it. Wasn't able to actuate it again after that.
I think I should mention that I removed the actuators and wire from the echo blocks after initially placing them.
I tried to replicate the bug and slept in the bed to speed up time. So it grew while it was on-screen.
Funnily enough the starfish grew in the exact same tile that the seashell did earlier as well.
Attached is a screenshot of the replicated result. Placed another starfish for reference.
