Game Mechanics Enemy invulnerability

The Destroyer
When an enemy in Terraria takes damage but is not killed, that enemy becomes invincible for a short period of time. This can be frustrating while the player is using minions, as the minion may hit the enemy, dealing weak damage and preventing the enemy from being hurt or killed by the player's other stronger attacks. This could be fixed by shortening the amount of time the enemy is invincible when hurt by minions(or sentries because they also deal summon damage).
 
It's a bit more complicated than that. Only piercing damage has this effect, because if the enemy didn't become invulnerable it would keep getting hit by the same attack every frame. There are other ways to deal with this, but a lot of the weapons and such are balanced around the way it is now.

However, some of the parts where this effect hurts the most can be dealt with. I made a suggestion here detailing that. (In fact, I just updated it today. Weird.)
