Teleports you to the surface

The way the potion would work is it will teleport you to the nearest open space on the surface y level. To avoid getting stuck in those small pocket caves, it could detect for a large open space (teleports you to the nearest space on the surface that's at least 15x15 space). I'd like to hear your guys' opinion on it, so please, add on if you'd like.
I'm not really good at art. Otherwise, I would create a Sprite for this. My idea of the look would be the same as the Teleportation potion, but light blue.
