Hello guys I just want confirm there are NO frozen keys I can confirm this because I ahve got 3 jungle keys 3 crimson keys 2 corruptions and still no frozen key and we didn't use the hallowed biome blocks.
Here is our awesome setup Build by: Marlos who is also known under the name pro marlos cause he is pro at least he thinks he is

You used the crimson ice biome blocks on that picture, which count to crimson and not to ice biome I'd say.
 
After a corruption key dropped in my purple ice block mob farm, I realized I would have to use non corrupted ice blocks to farm a frozen key. So I cleansed everything with green solution and I have my frost dragon staff now. Just make sure the background changes to the blue ice biome color, nothing else.
 
@Mathijs99, please do not speak to other forum members in that way. Especially since you and Snowrain both made the same mistake, its not quite fair to insult someone else for it.
