PS4 Game crash during autosave. +Keybinds glitch

My world I play on with my brother on splitscreen seems to have a 50/50 chance of crashing or not crashing. When it does crash, it saves the items in my inventory but not the world. For example, we fought the twins and beat it and I kept my items, but the steampunker wont move in.
Another bug ive encountered is a keybinds swap where my keybinds randomly switch to my brothers, its easy to deal with but its definitely annoying.
