PC Game won't start for some reason

I Played the game many times before but suddenly Terraria on Steam just won't start up i click start and its acts like it is running before a cloud sync icon with a ! in the middle of it appears for millisecond two times before stopping the game from starting up i have the following to try and fix it with no success

Checked for Corrupted or Missing Files - All we're ok
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Terraria - Didn't not fix anything
Checked to see if Mods that where installed we're causing issues - Mods we're unsubscribed and removed with no difference

The 4 Attached files are from my Steam i did a screen recording to make it easier to take screenshots of the Issue so don't might the video part on the bottom

If anyone knows what is going on and how to fix it please reply

Quick reply i turned off Steam Cloud Sync and still no fix

Hello @BlueWolf3627, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues launching Terraria.

Could you go to your Terraria installation directory (the quickest way is to right-click Terraria in your Steam Library and click Manage -> Browse local files) and run TerrariaServer.exe? Can you start a server properly, or do you get an error message? If so, could you post it here?

Hello @BlueWolf3627, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues launching Terraria.

Could you go to your Terraria installation directory (the quickest way is to right-click Terraria in your Steam Library and click Manage -> Browse local files) and run TerrariaServer.exe? Can you start a server properly, or do you get an error message? If so, could you post it here?

In that case, could you do the following?

1. In your Steam Library, right click Terraria and click Properties....
2. Under the General tab, add the following to the Launch Options field: -logerrors -logfile.
   
3. Close the window, then try and launch Terraria. Wait for a minute or so to make sure the application fully quit.
4. Go to Documents/My Games/Terraria/Logs and upload the most recent log to this thread.

I Went and got tModLoader after that you said did not work and using tModLoader on Steam it worked now i can play it
