Mobile Get Items back?

I was planning on switching worlds so i emptied all my inventory into a chest(including terra blade, vampire knives, shroomite digging claw...etc) so i could go get stuff from my old world. I exited the world and got the new stuff and i came back and it hadnt saved even though i exited properly and now all my important stuff is just gone. Please help

Hopefully, you've taken advantage of the extra save slots and manually made backups of your players and worlds, explained here: Mobile Backup Instructions

If you didn't make backups then there isn't a way to get your items back, I'm sorry to say.
