Game Mechanics Give all Summoner Staves high constant speed

Melee, Ranger or Mage died, waited 15 seconds, respawned and jumped into battle again.
Summoner died, waited 15 seconds, respawned and lost 10-15 seconds summoning all minions (he died once again)

Why? I suggest that all staves would be fast like thunder. Like you holding LMB for 2 seconds and summon 10 minions.

Or something automatic. Imagine Player died with 6 Sanguine Bats. Game checks if Player has Sanguine Staff in inventory. If so, Player respawns with already summoned Bats (minus summoner potion and bewitching table buffs).
 
i like the fast but there should be a block after you've spawned all you can to stop from using up tons of mana or add an accery that does that it could even stack with others
