Game Mechanics Guide to environmental preservation saving Cobwebs

Considering the fact that the guide to environmental preservation even prevents you from destroying *pots* i find it quite shocking that cobwebs are not spared from this. Also, the fact that in 1.4.4 we can toggle it on/off, I find it pretty reasonable to have it effect cobwebs. if you want to break them, just turn it off!

Although, maybe a better solution would just be decorative cobwebs... and pots? Rubblemaker related? Eh, thats too out of scope.
 
I wish the GtEP could be toggleable so we could individually change if we want it or not to destroy cobwebs, pots, grass, vines, etc
But I also know that the Grand Design was infamously painful to code, so that likely won't be a thing
Still, I do think this should be changed.
