How would dreadlocks be textured? Terraria sprites don't have a very high resolution, so I don't really see how it could work without it looking like normal hair.

same + i draw zoologist with dreads pretty often. i've never made pixel art b4 but now i wanna attempt custom sprites!

Ah I suppose you're right. Maybe that's why they haven't added them yet

There are a couple hairstyles with dreadlocks but they’re fairly limited. Nothing wrong with adding more.
