Hollow Knight and Terraria, are they comparable?

So if your on here do you know what hollow knight is? It’s a pretty fun game very adventureful and has a lot of very interesting lore that comes as you progress through the game.
And we all know how terraria is like, so yeah.
Are these games comparable and if so how are they?
I’m just bored and wanted to see responses lol

I personally don't think it right to compare the two, considering how different they are from each other.

Terraria is a sandboxy game with lots of terrain manipulation, crafting and building.

Hollow Knight is a story-driven metroidvania.

Literally the only thing that is common between the two, is the fact that they are 2d sidescrollers.

That's like saying DOOM, Fallout and Minecraft are comparable.
