I've been to these forums in the past, but that is so long ago. I've stopped coming since this new forum came because kids came along.
We tried to create a clan back then called The Cave Bats, but it never really took off because no one had the resources to set up a server.
I tried to step up, but all I had was an old laptop and a maximum upload speed of 500kb.
The server lagged like crazy with masses of blocks following players around, but they just couldn't be picked up.
But we had a great secret underground lair where bats were summoned by a step on a button, and we had great ideas for minigames, battles and playthroughs.
In the end, with no real server to materialize our plans, it all just fell apart.
I felt an itch to pick this back up where we left it, now that I have a server running. Well, at least I think I do...
